Dídac Cervera
Film director, producer and screenwriter. He believes in the power of a well-told story to change everything, which is why the script is his great obsession. He premiered his debut feature in 2017 in 70 commercial theaters. Look for new stories to connect with.
Paula Jordan
Producer, creative and director of photography. In each project he develops, he bonds emotionally and always tries to explore different points of view. She is director of photography, project manager and creative for her production company Yumagic Media.
Sergi Cervera
Actor, director, screenwriter, producer, showman, and teacher of all of the above. He likes languages, that's why he speaks five. He has acted in series, movies, shorts and plays both in Barcelona and Madrid, as well as in the USA.
Quiénes somos
Yumagic is a young production company based in Barcelona, founded in 2014 by Dídac Cervera and Paula Jordan, recently incorporating Sergi Cervera as the third partner.
Its three producers have a wide audiovisual background. They have produced short-films and indie feature-films such as: “Project Rwanda”, “Marhaba”, “My ritual” or “Our Strategies”. All of them have went through national and international selections and have gotten several awards.
At their early stages, Yumagic was specialized in producing commercial videos: spots, corporative videos, promotional videos, streamings, etc.
After producing the short-film “Why do people lie?”, starring the Spanish celebrity Carmen Machi, and experiencing a wide journey throughout several film festivals, the production company decided to take a new step in their professional path: the audiovisual fiction. Sergi Cervera joined the company at that moment, as the third partner. He is a well-known Catalan TV actor, director, writer and producer.
Yumagic has recently produced the TV show “I’m staying at home too”, a two season daily sitcom broadcasted in a major Catalan TV Network (400.000 average viewers each episode). Yumagic has also three feature-film in development: “Suddenly Ivalo”, “Rise up again!” and “Here comes your man”.
Our aim is to develop creative and modern projects, willing to share new points of view and adding new filmmakers into the industry. We want to tell the stories that inspire us!
